Will the portrait look like me?
Preserving your face is the top priority. A sharp front-facing photo in daylight works best, and a second angle usually improves likeness. Not happy with a variant? Create another: each generation is slightly different.
How long does it take?
Usually 30–60 seconds, a bit longer at peak times. You'll see the progress on screen.
What happens to my photos?
Source photos are sent to the AI only to create your portrait and are not stored on our server. Finished portraits are available with your personal code.
Can I use the portraits commercially?
Yes: on websites, CVs, social media, ads and print.
What if a generation fails?
If a portrait fails because of an error, the credits go back to your balance automatically.
How do I sign in on another device?
After payment you get a personal code like PT-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Enter it in the pricing section to open your balance and portraits.
